This Cancellation Policy applies to all Thailand tour packages, customized itineraries, and travel-related services booked through Swadikah Holidays LLP ("Swadikah," "we," "us," "our") via our website www.swadikah.com or through our team. By confirming a booking with us, you agree to the terms set out below.

1. Payment Terms

Booking Amount - Rs 5000/- per person
Rest Amount - 30 Days before date of departure Or booking date whichever is later
GST & TCS extra

2. Cancellation Charges

The following cancellation charges apply to all confirmed bookings, in addition to any supplier-specific charges:

Upto 7 days prior to departure

20% or INR 5,000 per person whichever is higher on land package cost.
Flight cancellation will be governed by individual airlines policy

Within 7 days of departure, on the departure date, or in case of a no-show

100% of the total package cost will be charged
No refund will be applicable

3. Changes to This Policy

Swadikah reserves the right to amend this Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. The policy in effect at the time of your booking confirmation will apply to that booking.
